The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us as instructed.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Replacement orders will be shipped at no additional cost.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).

In such cases, MBW Store will bear the return shipping cost.
